The Justice Department is considering searching other locations for stolen classified materials after FBI agents found “six items consisting of documents with classification markings” at Biden’s Wilmington home on Friday.

Biden ‘consented’ to the search, according to reports.

There was no subpoena and no warrant.

The search was conducted by FBI agents under US Attorney for Chicago John Lausch.

Joe Biden’s lawyers were allowed to be at the Wilmington home during the search.

There was NO WARRANT and NO SUBPOENA for FBI search at Biden’s Wilmington home on Friday, I’m told. It was a voluntary search agreed to by Biden and his personal legal team.

Biden was able to return to the scene of the crime at his Wilmington home last weekend.

This weekend Biden is huddling with aides at his Rehoboth Beach vacation home.

Are there classified documents hidden at Biden’s Rehoboth Beach home?

According to a statement released by Joe Biden’s personal lawyer Bob Bauer last week, “The President’s personal attorneys searched the Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach residences for additional records” on January 11.

“No potential records were identified at the Rehoboth Beach residence, and the attorneys returned to Washington, D.C. late in the evening,” Bob Bauer said of the January 11 search.

Why should we believe this?

After this statement was released by Bob Bauer, additional classified documents were discovered at Biden’s Wilmington residence.

Biden’s special assistant Ian Sams on Sunday repeatedly refused to say if Biden’s home in Rehoboth Beach have been searched for stolen classified documents.

Justice Department/FBI agents may conduct more searches, ABC News reported.

ABC News reported (emphasis ours):

The Federal Bureau of Investigation searched President Biden’s Delaware home Friday and located six items containing classification markings. Investigators also took possession of some of his notes, the president’s lawyer said Saturday.

Bob Bauer, a personal attorney for Mr. Biden, said the search lasted about 13 hours.

The classification level and contents of the material seized was not disclosed.

The Justice Department “took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials, some of which were from the President’s service in the Senate and some of which were from his tenure as Vice President,” Bauer said in a statement.

Investigators also “took for further review personally handwritten notes from the vice-presidential years,” he said.

The total number of known classified documents found since November is between 25 and 30, the source familiar with the inquiry said. This total includes those found at the Penn Biden Center and the Wilmington house.

Justice Department officials are also considering the possibility of conducting other consensual searches at locations linked to Mr. Biden, said the source familiar with the investigation.
