California – Four people were shot and killed in Half Moon Bay on Monday.

The Sheriff’s Office is responding to a shooting incident with multiple victims in the area of HWY 92 and the HMB City limits. Media is requested to approach from the north and stage at the Half Moon Bay substation at 537 Kelly Ave. in Half Moon Bay

According to NBC Bay Area, 3 of the victims were found dead in a home on a mushroom farm.

The fourth deceased victim was found dead nearby.

NBC Bay Area reported:

At least four people are dead following separate shootings in Half Moon Bay, according to a source with knowledge of the investigation.

Three victims were found at a location on San Mateo Road (Highway 92). A fourth victim was found at a nearby location, the source said.

Authorities asked the public to avoid Highway 92 between Highway 1 and Highway 35.
